Peters was in business in Kings Mills, OH from 1887 to 1934 when it was purchased by The Remington Arms Company.
Large P around Primer.
Note some have a "Made in the USA" located at 9 o'clock on the headstamp. Circa 1915-1927. Those with "Made in the USA" on the headstamp are at the newer end.
